プランニング・インベントリーコントローラー/ Planning & Inventory Controller

A multinational medical technology company is seeking a Planning & Inventory Controller. The selected candidate will oversee demand planning, inventory optimisation, and supply chain coordination to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive process improvement initiatives for the planning and inventory control team
• Mentor and support team members in inventory planning and demand planning expertise
• Create and manage purchase orders while collaborating with delivery and sales teams
• Monitor order progress to ensure timely goods dispatch from vendors
• Coordinate shipment logistics, including transport, tracking, and customs clearance
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations to ensure stock readiness and quality inspection

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of experience in logistics or trade is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in SAP
• Business level Japanese and English
