オペレーターブローキング/ Operator Broking

An international shipping company is looking for an Operator Broking professional. The selected candidate will support post-fixture operations and ensure smooth coordination across chartering and operational functions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle post-fixture operations, including TC, VC, and COA duties
• Coordinate with brokers, owners, and charterers on daily operational matters
• Monitor voyage progress and maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Check recaps, charter parties, and freight/hire invoices for accuracy and timeliness
• Liaise with accounts for commission invoices and ensure declarations are managed
• Track vessel itineraries and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Manage shipping documentation, including LOIs and port documentation
• Support issue resolution related to ships, cargoes, and client concerns
• Assist the chartering team and handle ad hoc business needs

Requirements:

• Previous operations experience in Dry bulk markets is ideal
• Knowledge of shipping and trading practices
• Ability to interpret recaps and charter party clauses
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese and English
