ゲートウェイスーパーバイザー/ Gateway Supervisor

An international logistics company is searching for an Operation Supervisor. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supervising the operations of the facility, including formulating policies and managing daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolves claims on discrepant parts ensuring smooth supply process operations
• Oversee order processing, invoicing, shipping document preparation, and system updates to ensure on-time order completion
• Supervise personnel to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently, provides on-the-job training and leads process improvement efforts
• Conduct daily WMS system checks and liaises with client and internal IT teams to ensure system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Respond to client calls and resolves issues promptly, performs emergency or special shipping requests with support teams
• Conduct client meetings to address system issues or incidents and manages internal or external client facility tours
• Investigates and corrects inventory and order discrepancies by analysing transactions and coordinating with facility personnel
• Manage client helpdesk support for user access to company systems to ensure timely resolution of access issues

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
  
• Prior W/H operation and people management experience
• Knowledge of IT WMS system is preferred
• Customer service oriented
  
• Professional level Japanese (English is desirable)
