ロジスティクスマネージャー / Logistics Manager

A global chemical company is seeking a Logistics Manager. The selected candidate will lead teams, manage vendor contracts, and drive logistics performance. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-training efforts and ensure key reports have successors
• Oversee inventory control, transportation, logistics planning, and order processing
• Develop and implement strategies, metrics, and processes in alignment with company objectives
• Foster clear communication with business contacts and key vendors, resolving logistics issues
• Analyse data to identify opportunities and recommend logistics innovations for performance improvement
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to company standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, logistics, engineering, or transportation
• More than 7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or management
• Experience in people and project management
• Prior experience in managing 3rd party logistics providers is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of cost models is preferred
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 750+)
