化粧品スペシャリスト/ Cosmetics Specialist

A global IT company is looking for a Cosmetics Specialist (Logistics). The selected candidate will oversee quality, regulatory compliance, and import coordination for in-house cosmetics.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing, quality, and safety processes for cosmetics
• Conduct regulatory reviews of ingredients, packaging, and advertisements
• Manage shipment assessment and warehouse audits for quality and lead time
• Coordinate import logistics with teams overseas, customs brokers, and 3PL partners
• Plan imports of new products with theoverseas cosmetics team
• Set and monitor KPIs and manage supplier performance

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience with GVP GQP relevant to cosmetics
• Knowledge of customer needs and developing long-term partnerships through strategic proposals and support
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English and Japanese is ideal
