A renowned clinical logistics company is looking for a BD Logistics Sales professional. The selected candidate will drive business development initiatives by managing key accounts and expanding client relationships. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts or territories
  • Grow existing business and secure new customers in alignment with company goals
  • Maintain strong client relationships through service excellence and technical expertise
  • Lead client-specific operational support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage client quotes, contracts, agreements, and sales documentation
  • Conduct market research, analyse trends, and report on sales performance metrics
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote services to decision-makers
  • Participate in trade shows, audits, and client site visits
  • Coordinate business travel and prepare impactful presentations and proposals
  • Support internal teams in handling complaints and ensuring GxP compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 2-3 years of experience within the Logistics, Clinical Supply, or pharmaceutical industry
  • More than 2 years of experience in CRO or CMO
  • More than 2 years of business development experience
  • More than 3 years of experience in Key Account Management
  • Proficient in strategic selling, negotiation, client presentations, and time management
  • Ability and willingness to attend trade events and business travel
  • Professional level Japanese and English
