ロジスティクス＆プランニングマネージャー/ Logistics and Planning Manager

An international manufacturing company is looking for a Logistics and Planning Manager. The selected candidate will oversee factory logistics operations and production planning to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the factory logistics and planning team to meet customer orders and ensure service excellence
• Collaborate with the production manager to optimise production planning and minimise waste
• Develop team capabilities with a focus on back-up and succession planning
• Participate in daily production meetings to align with factory operations
• Drive World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives to reduce logistics and planning losses
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory governance, goods receipt, delivery, and documentation
• Create and manage monthly capacity and production plans aligned with factory and cluster schedules
• Schedule orders based on factory capacity, constraints, project schedules, and customer ETD requests
• Maintain planning master data in systems like P2 Planning, APO, and SAP
• Manage operational reallocations between factories

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of operational experience in logistics or production planning
• People coordination experience from a senior specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of factory production processes and product portfolio
• Good understanding of WCM methods and their practical application
• Strong supply chain knowledge, including understanding financial impacts
• Proficient in production planning processes and tools
• Skilled in material planning processes and tools
• Proficient in logistics processes and tools
