カスタマーリレーションシップマネージャー/ Customer Relationship Manager
A multinational telecommunications company is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager. The selected candidate will support the sales team in administrative operations and ensure seamless coordination with customers and internal departments. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Prepare standard price quotations and manage customer data using CRM tools
- Process orders, updates, and cancellations in coordination with relevant teams
- Follow up on order status and service delivery with internal teams and customers
- Coordinate with finance and customers to resolve billing issues and account receivables
- Prepare accurate reports and provide support during sales-related customer events
Requirements:
- Practical experience in handling customer calls and emails for complaints and inquiries
- Prior experience or interest in the telecom industry
- Experience in sales support or customer support is preferable
- Basic knowledge of IT services
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English
