カスタマーケアスペシャリスト/ Customer Care Specialist
An international medical device company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist. The selected candidate will handle order management, customer inquiries, and process coordination in both English and Japanese.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and product information
- Answer phone calls in Japanese and English, providing professional customer service
- Manage and correct EDI orders to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Process customer credits and returns according to company guidelines
- Document product complaints, service requests, and inquiries from customers or Sales
- Route complex technical issues to the appropriate department or personnel
- Issue and manage Return Material Authorisations (RMA) and follow up on open cases
- Ensure accurate order entry for fulfilment and billing
- Contribute to updating work instructions and procedures
- Process parts replenishment orders for the Service Centre and Field Technicians
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 4 years in Customer Care or Customer Service
- Practical experience in ERP systems (SAP)
- Prior Med device or Pharma industry experience is preferred
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Fluent level verbal and written Japanese and English
