A foreign medical device firmy is searching for a Customer Service Supervisor. The chosen applicant will be ensuring timely and accurate order processing while maintaining high service standards. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a Customer Service or Order Management team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and inquiries
  • Act as the go-to person for the Customer Service or Order Management team and stakeholders involved in the order-to-cash process and SAP topics
  • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to team members to foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and support cross-training across functions
  • Establish and analyse customer service metrics or KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure data integrity during the order entry process and define quote-to-cash workflows, procedures, and policies
  • Liaise with IT, Commercial, Logistics, Planning, Finance, and other departments to support daily operations and assigned projects
  • Support internal audits, follow up on outstanding issues, and serve as a point of escalation when needed

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of experience in customer service or order management roles
  • 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership position
  • Extensive experience with SAP (S/4HANA)
  • Experience in inquiry management and customer communication
  • Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process and supply chain management principles
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a valid certification in SAP is preferred
  • Professional level Japanese and English
