グローバルセールスデジタルソリューションコンサルタント/ Global Sales Digital Consultant

A multinational logistics company is looking for a Global Sales Digital Solution Consultant. The selected candidate will consult clients and sales teams on digital solutions, support projects, and drive digital strategy implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Consult customers and account teams on digital solutions across various touchpoints, including RFI, RFQ, and QBR
• Train sales colleagues across all sales channels
• Manage digital projects and support supply chain design initiatives
• Execute seamless handovers from consultation to implementation
• Identify upselling opportunities by positioning digital solutions as unique value propositions
• Collaborate with DSM, IT, and business units to gather feedback and support solution development
• Monitor competitors’ technological advancements and promote supply chain intelligence
• Drive internal efficiencies to improve ease of doing business
• Implement global digital strategies and policies within the assigned area

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of solution consulting experience in supply chain
• Strong experience with innovative technology and automation
• Experience with data analytics and process optimisation is a plus
• Proven track record in delivering results in complex environments
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Fluent level English and Japanese
