セールスエグゼクティブ/ Sales Executive

An international logistics company is seeking a Sales Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, developing sales plans, and ensuring smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable logistics solutions (sea freight, air freight, customs clearance)
• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Visit customers regularly to gather market trends and customer feedback
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations tailored to customer requests
• Develop new business opportunities and support key account activities
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and quick issue resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields
• 1-5 years of working experience in logistics sales (freight forwarding industry preferred)
• Experience in key account management or tender management is a plus
• Strong knowledge of sea freight, air freight, and customs clearance processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
