カスタマーサービス/ Sea Freight Customer Service

A global logistics company is searching for a Sea Freight Customer Service. The chosen applicant will handle door-to-door shipments, negotiate rates, and maintain high-quality data in transport and tracking systems. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and handle door-to-door shipments

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and overseas partners
• Produce transport documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain a high data quality in transport and tracking system
• Involve in rate negotiations with carriers and subcontracts where necessary
• Issue quotations to customers and network where necessary
• Monitor file profitability and take actions to improve GP per job
• Support month closing by closing jobs quickly and accurately

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
• More than 1 year of experience in the sea freight department
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and with teams
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
