プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A global medical device company is looking for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will lead marketing initiatives that drive doctor acquisition, product growth, and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lead generation strategies for doctor acquisition and channel growth
• Support doctors in enhancing their practices and reputation to increase product adoption
• Plan and manage core practice growth programs for providers and clinic staff
• Lead product management including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product launches and marketing events
• Monitor performance metrics, marketing ROI, and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (life science or medical related domain is ideal)
• More than 8 years of multinational experience (dental or medical device industry is preferred)
• Experience using CRM and CMS is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
