A global logistics company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across Japan and Taiwan to drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop local omni-channel marketing strategies aligned with global objectives
• Conduct market research to define customer segments and pain points
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute campaigns
• Optimise digital performance based on KPI tracking and analysis
• Create core marketing content for key solutions
• Plan and manage webinars and exhibition participation

Requirements:

• Experience with persona creation, lead generation campaign design and implementation, account segmentation
• Prior experience in paid media, creative, and brief creation and implementation
• Skilled in marketing research and statistical analysis, as well as A/B testing
• Background in omni-channel marketing execution and related KPI's management
