デジタルエクスペリエンスオペレーションリード/ Digital Experience Operations Lead

A global restaurant franchise company is looking for a Digital Experience Operations Lead. The selected candidate will drive initiatives to enhance customer experience, loyalty, and digital sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital strategies to improve customer experience and boost sales
• Design operational plans including user targeting, KPIs, and channel strategy
• Optimise loyalty programs to increase engagement and retention
• Analyse user behavior and lead improvement initiatives based on data insights
• Lead A/B testing, monitor outcomes, and manage continuous improvement cycles
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive long-term digital enhancements

Requirements:

• Experience leading digital initiatives from planning to execution
• Prior experience in CRM (acquisition, segmentation, and campaign performance)
• Proven experience in A/B testing and campaign optimisation
• Background with Google Analytics, Snowplow is ideal
• Prior background in SQL and dashboard creation (Looker Studio, Metabases, Tableau) is preferred
• Proven background in digital marketing or tech-driven marketing roles is a plus
• Business level reading and written English
