マーケティングスペシャリスト/ Marketing Specialist

An international lifestyle design company is looking for a Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will support local partner marketing activities, ensuring smooth coordination with global teams and execution of campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns in line with global brand direction
• Coordinate with partners and PR agencies to gather assets and approvals
• Manage marketing budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, merchandising, and marketing to align on plans
• Support daily operations and seasonal updates with local partners
• Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and ROI analysis
• Conduct market research and provide feedback on trends and partner needs
• Address partner inquiries and deliver marketing-related support
• Assist with other operational tasks such as VMD and sales communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in partner business, marketing, or digital marketing
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proficient in marketing tools
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
