ブランドマネージャー/ Brand Manager
A multinational consumer goods company is searching for a Brand Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading brand development and product marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt global brand strategies to the local market and develop brand positioning that resonates with Japanese consumers
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and retail touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and customer engagement
- Lead initiatives to understand consumer trends, preferences, and behaviours, using these insights to inform actionable strategies
- Work closely with sales, operations, R&D and global project teams to ensure alignment between marketing objectives and overall business strategies
- Collaborate with agencies for consumer communication and promotion execution
- Track key performance indicators and evaluate marketing plans and activities
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally in FMCG, is ideal
- Experience in consumer insight research and data-driven decision-making
- Strong understanding of brand management and FMCG marketing
- Strategic thinking with the ability to adapt global strategies to the local market
- Experience in digital marketing is preferred
- Product development, from concept development to project management, is preferred
- Market research with consumer insight and data analysis experience is preferred
- Native level Japanese; advanced business level English
