シニア法務マネージャー/ Senior Manager, Legal

A global IT company is looking for a Senior Manager, Legal. The selected candidate will oversee legal matters across commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and consultants
• Advise corporate functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and risk on legal matters
• Support joint venture governance, compliance programs, and board documentation
• Handle real estate legal matters including leases, licenses, and service agreements
• Assist with M&A activities and investment transactions
• Manage external counsel and collaborate with senior stakeholders and shareholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in law (Japan or International)
• 5-10 years of experience in corporate law, including in-house
• Experience in transaction and document management
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
