コンプライアンス担当者/ Compliance Officer

A global hospitality company is seeking a Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will oversee licensing, regulatory compliance, internal audits, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities:

• Advise management on all compliance-related matters
• Lead the application and maintenance of the Investment Advisory and Agency (IAA) license
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and submit required compliance reports
• Develop and update internal compliance frameworks, manuals, and training
• Coordinate with the Compliance Committee and legal counsel on internal and external matters
• Oversee corporate governance, board meetings, and documentation for the Kabushiki Kaisha

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in compliance (asset management, investment advisory, or real estate sectors)
• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to investment advisory or real estate industries
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English is ideal
