コンプライアンスオフィサー/ Compliance Officer

A global fintech company is looking for a Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will lead compliance efforts across licensing, policy, AML/CFT, and regulatory affairs. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage licensing activities and liaise with group executives and regulators
• Design and update compliance policies, procedures, and controls
• Conduct compliance monitoring, training, and regulatory reporting
• Oversee AML/CFT controls and lead due diligence reviews
• Supervise and guide a team of compliance professionals
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance alignment

Requirements:

• Experience in Japanese retail brokerage markets
• prior experience with new licence applications and developing and executing compliance and risk frameworks, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of Japanese regulations (Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, etc.)
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Native level Japanese; business level English
