シニアKYCオフィサー/ Senior KYC Officer

A global financial services company is looking for a Senior KYC Officer. The selected candidate will oversee KYC file reviews and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct KYC file reviews and validate documentation based on due diligence standards
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend resolutions or training needs
• Maintain high-quality standards and act as a subject matter expert for KYC Due Diligence
• Escalate risks and propose actions to address KYC process issues
• Ensure completeness and consistency in client KYC file analysis before validation
• Coordinate Client Acceptance Committee meetings and liaise with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English; fluent level Japanese
