投資コンプライアンスオフィサー/ Investments Compliance Officer

A global insurance company is looking for an Investments Compliance Officer. The selected candidate will support compliance operations, lead regulatory initiatives, and ensure adherence to firm-wide policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in managing the Compliance & Operational Risk Management System
• Coordinate with internal and global compliance teams to uphold firm-wide standards and culture
• Support regulatory engagement with Japan FSA and JIAA, including reporting and updates
• Maintain and update compliance policies in line with Japan and U.S. regulations
• Deliver compliance training and guidance to investment and operations staff
• Conduct forensic testing, identify compliance breaches, and lead corrective actions

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in compliance in foreign based asset management companies or financial companies in Japan
• Experience as a manager is a plus
• Prior experience working with Japan FSA is preferred
• Proven experience as an Operational Risk Officer is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid MBA, CFA, and Compliance certification is advantageous
• Understanding of asset management compliance and operational risk
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
