オペレーションズエンジニア/ Operations Engineer

A foreign technology company is searching for an Operations Engineer. The chosen applicant will provide technical support, maintain IT systems, ensure security, and align IT operations with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to resolve IT issues promptly
• Ensure the smooth running of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades
• Implement IT security measures and protocols to protect the organisation’s data and sensitive information
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT products and services
• Work closely with other departments to support IT needs and projects
• Ensure the Japan leadership team is regularly updated with the latest IT policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information technology, or a
  related field
• Several years of experience in IT support and operations
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network support, and system security
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently
• Experience in managing IT projects and leading small teams is a plus
• Proficient in Japanese and English
