テクニカルサポートエンジニア/ Technical Support Engineer
An international automotive technology company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. The selected candidate will manage support requests, perform technical troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. This is a hybrid setup and contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Handle technical support requests in English or Japanese
- Summarise and report customer requirements and support status
- Verify and update technical support inputs from customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on support requirements
- Triage problems and conduct basic troubleshooting
- Resolve issues using established support knowledge bases
Requirements:
- Practical experience in support operations and metrics
- Prior experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Proficient in Python and at least one other programming language
- Skilled in using JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with cloud services and programming
- Basic skills in software and MS Excel
- Proficient in written and reading English; Japanese is a plus
