シニアアカウントマネージャー/ Senior Account Manager
A global engineering company is looking for a Senior Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for selling and promoting the full product solution suite and support services to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Define a sales strategy that builds a sales pipeline to ensure achievement of set revenue targets and business objectives
- Handle full sales cycle from prospecting, pipeline development, nurturing inbound leads, opportunity identification, closing new business and current key growth and strategic customer management
- Expand the business with the existing customer base by defining strategic account plans and by actively listening and reacting to the needs of the customers, uncovering new opportunities across the enterprise
- Negotiate and close long-term agreements with enterprise accounts
- Analyse, interpret, and respond to requests for proposal, driving both the commercial and technical responses to provide high-quality responses
- Collaborate with sales colleagues, business development representatives, pre-sales and marketing to ensure team synergy
- Propose and implement strategies to improve lead generation and qualification
- Build executive connections and sell at the highest level of the enterprise
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in software solutions sales (SAS products or data analytics software to financial institutions or within the financial services industry)
- Experience in implementing sales strategies, sales process, and
methodologies - Understanding of CRM systems (SalesForce) and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of building strong partnerships with both direct and
indirect clients - Fluent level Japanese; business level English
