A renowned technology company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (AI). The chosen applicant will be responsible for acquiring new clients for existing AI products or product packages. This is a temp-to-perm role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage short and long-term AI Product Servicing and Science Servicing roadmaps for key accounts
  • Bridge business units with the science team, understanding client pain points and connecting business problems with science solutions
  • Manage regular meetings with key accounts who pay premium for AI products and services
  • Explain client requests in a clear way to data scientists and engineers
  • Create materials that simplify complicated AI technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in data-related major
  • Experience in the data science field
  • Experience in marketing
  • Prior business development or sales experience in data products
  • Experience in closing sales deals of data products is a plus
  • Preferred skills:
  • Expert level in PPT and Excel
  • Expert level in project management tools, meeting note organisation tool
  • Intermediate level or above in data visualisation
  • Intermediate level SQL is preferred
  • Native level Japanese
