An international technology company is seeking a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive new business growth and support customer success through proactive sales strategy and pipeline management.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth in collaboration with the Cross Market BDM
  • Convert leads into opportunities and maintain accurate account information
  • Log customer activity and communications within the CRM system
  • Submit monthly forecast reports and regularly update the sales pipeline
  • Prospect within the assigned territory to sustain a strong pipeline
  • Develop and manage territory business plans covering new logos, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals
  • Guide prospects through the sales cycle to contract closure with presales and specialist team support
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation phases in partnership with FAM

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or account management
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Proficient in English and Japanese
