ジュニアプロジェクトマネージャー/ Junior Project Manager

A multinational eCommerce company is looking for a Junior Project Manager. The selected candidate will serve as a liaison between business teams and the development team, ensuring smooth onboarding to the internal platform. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to business inquiries and clarify platform goals
• Create and maintain self-service documentation such as FAQs and guides
• Gather feedback and relay structured requirements to the development team
• Prioritise feature requests and ensure clear communication with engineers
• Build and maintain relationships with internal business units
• Promote platform updates and drive adoption across departments

Requirements:

• Experience in gathering and defining requirements
• Skilled in project management
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800+)
