プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A well-known AI SaaS company is seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI capabilities into impactful business solutions. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Translate AI technologies into high-value B2B SaaS products
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, sales, and marketing teams
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis
• Define product requirements and prioritise features by impact
• Drive product vision and strategy across multiple product lines (Senior PM)
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior PMs (Senior PM)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical or business field
• More than 3 years of experience as a PM)
• More than 5 years (Senior PM) of product management experience
• Proven experience working with engineering teams and driving product execution
• Strong technical understanding in AI/ML or software engineering
• Business level Japanese and English
