A global engineering services firm is looking for a Technical Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions through agile project execution. This is a temp to perm role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead agile cross-functional teams in AI solution delivery
• Facilitate communication across clients, engineering, product, and design teams
• Establish and oversee project management processes aligned with CI/CD
• Mentor team members and support their development
• Utilise data to guide project planning and decisions
• Ensure successful execution of high-quality technical deliverables

Requirements:

• Experience in technical project management (AI or software development)
• Prior experience with cloud technologies and modern development practices
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development processes
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English
