アライアンスマネージャー/ Alliance Manager

A global human capital management tech company is hiring an Alliance Manager. The selected candidate will drive partnership initiatives to accelerate sales growth through strategic collaboration with tech companies and consulting firms.

Responsibilities:

• Drive co-selling initiatives with existing partners and recruit new alliance partners
• Build strategic relationships with tech partners like SAP, Workday, Oracle, and consulting firms
• Achieve sales targets through partner-sourced or partner-influenced deals
• Track KPIs including pipeline generation, lead conversion, and partner influence on deals
• Plan and execute co-marketing events with alliance partners to boost demand generation
• Organise partner enablement sessions to improve collaboration
• Promote programmatic offerings such as BPO or Payroll Outsourcing via embedded solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience in the IT, services, or consulting business
• Strong partner network in Japan, especially in the HR and payroll ecosystem
• Comfortable engaging with senior partner executives
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and cross-functional organisation
• Fluent level written and verbal English
