A global IT company is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager. The selected candidate will lead teams in delivering AWS cloud solutions, managing complex projects, and ensuring successful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead AWS consultants, partners, and client teams in delivering AWS cloud products and services
• Manage professional services engagements across AWS customer solutions
• Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams to align with customer objectives
• Apply project management methodologies to enterprise-level engagements
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Adapt to dynamic environments and evolving priorities

Requirements:

• Experience leading the delivery of enterprise-level IT consulting projects
• Prior experience as a ScrumMaster across multiple cross-functional teams
• Understanding of project management best practices
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
