ITシニアマネージャー / IT Senior Manager

A global payment service provider is looking for an IT Senior Manager. The selected candidate will oversee IT operations, align technology with business goals, and implement innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the IT team, promoting continuous improvement and productivity
• Oversee planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality service delivery
• Supervise network, hardware, software, and database management in collaboration with the regional infrastructure team
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance measures protect company data and systems
• Develop and manage the IT budget to align with financial objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information technology, or a relevant domain (master’s degree is preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in IT management
• 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
• Experience in software development and managing complex IT projects
• Prior experience in the payment solutions industry is a plus
• Understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity is preferred
• Proficient in Japanese and English
