ITアシスタントマネージャー/ IT Assistant Manager

An international luxury goods company is seeking an IT Assistant Manager. The selected candidate will oversee helpdesk functions, manage infrastructure, and lead IT improvement projects across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the helpdesk and junior IT staff
• Coordinate daily IT support operations and provide second-level technical support
• Manage and monitor network systems, servers, and backup infrastructure
• Participate in system upgrades, deployments, and vendor coordination
• Support IT security compliance and monitor vulnerabilities
• Provide system status reports and assist with IT procurement and budgeting
• Oversee helpdesk operations, metrics, and documentation management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles
• Experience as an application support engineer in the retail industry
• Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management
• Strong project management skills to lead IT initiatives
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, ticketing systems, and remote support tools
