プリセールスコンサルタント/ Presales Consultant

A global software development company is looking for a Presales Consultant. The selected candidate will drive customer engagement by delivering tailored PLM solution demos and proposals. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver standard solution demos covering PLM's end-to-end capabilities
• Educate customers on PLM necessity through value propositions aligned with strategic goals
• Conduct detailed discovery of business goals, pain points, and process improvements
• Design and configure tailored PLM solutions based on customer requirements
• Create solution proposals highlighting product features, benefits, and ROI estimates
• Support marketing initiatives, including trade shows, seminars, and localized content review

Requirements:

• Experience in presales or consulting or implementation with enterprise business applications (ERP, SCM, CRM, PLM, or a relevant business processes)
• Prior experience in the consumer products industry is ideal (fashion, food and beverage, cosmetics, retail, etc.)
• Knowledge of application data model
• Background in mapping customer business requirements to system data model and functionalities
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Fluent level English is a plus
