デジタルストラテジーコンサルタント/ Digital Strategy Consultant

A multinational professional services provider is looking for a Digital Strategy Consultant. The selected applicant will be responsible for supporting the digital strategy by developing business concepts and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate business strategies and concepts based on deep digital technology knowledge to solve various business challenges
• Conceptualise new businesses and services using digital technology and support improvement and scaling after launch
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts across Japan and overseas
• Conduct research on advanced digital technologies and formulate new business concepts enabled by digital innovations
• Design technical architectures, develop prototypes, and conduct proof of concept PoC activities
• Support organisational transformation towards agile, product-based structures and establish agile development organisations
• Lead initiatives such as planning and launching Software Defined Vehicle SDV services, digital twins, and retail technologies
• Drive digital transformation DX, business process re-engineering BPR, IT due diligence, and PMI strategy planning to support M&A

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of work experience
• Digital IT experience (consulting firm or business company)
• IT experience related to digital IT (not legacy IT) is preferred
• IT consulting or business consulting experience is a plus
• Experience in cloud architecture design, data infrastructure design, and agile development within digital IT is preferred
• Ability to design architecture for scratch development rather than package development is advantageous
• Possess valid Cloud certifications such as AWS, GCP, Azure and agile-related qualifications like Scrum Master or Product Owner are desirable
• Proficient in Japanese; English is a plus
