コンサルタント/ Consultant

A renowned advisory company is looking for a Consultant. The selected candidate will lead IT project delivery and business analysis for financial institutions, primarily in the insurance sector. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales initiatives
• Support consulting and implementation of IT projects for insurance clients
• Manage small Agile projects or lead specific project areas independently
• Conduct business analysis, define requirements, and design solutions
• Mentor junior team members and lead workshops as needed
• Collaborate daily with developers and IT architects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in IT projects for the financial sector (insurance or bancassurance in an international setting)
• Experience from international companies is ideal
• Prior experience in the functional design of IT solutions and running IT implementations
• Proven experience in team management and taking responsibility for team results
• Knowledge of how insurance companies or bank work
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 900+) and Japanese (JLPT N1)
