ITヘルプデスクサポートエンジニア/ IT Helpdesk Support Engineer

An international power electronics manufacturer is seeking an IT Support Engineer. The selected candidate will provide desktop, software, hardware, and network support across Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve support requests related to Office, OneDrive, Teams, VPN, and mobile devices
• Provide printer, peripheral, and networking support
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, and other hardware
• Coordinate with local vendors and manage procurement requests
• Create and manage IT accounts and asset inventory
• Support IT security efforts and assist in threat resolution
• Maintain ticketing and telephone systems
• Provide onboarding IT training and basic user support for internal applications
• Translate IT communications and support new system tests and rollouts
• Assist with SQL report access and user training
• Gather user needs and support global and regional IT projects
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 1 year in an IT desk or network support
• Experience supporting Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops
• Skilled in peripheral, software, and Wi-Fi/network support
• Basic understanding of servers, switches, SharePoint, and SQL (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office 365, hardware setup, and troubleshooting
• Possess a valid Microsoft or Network certification is a plus
• Proficient in written and verbal English; Chinese is a plus
