シニアUXデザイナー/ Senior UX Designer

A renowned technology company is searching for a Senior UX Designer. The chosen applicant will be responsible for transforming complex data sets into intuitive visual interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Design data visualisation interfaces, dashboards, and analytical tools that effectively communicate complex information

• Lead user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experiences
• Create and maintain an analytics-focused design system that aligns with brand guidelines while optimising for data visualisation effectiveness
• Advocate for user-centred design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio featuring data visualisation projects
• Expert knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating intuitive interfaces for complex data
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies to inform design decisions
• Proven ability to design effective dashboards, reports, and interactive data exploration tools
• Strong understanding of information architecture and data visualisation principles
• Experience designing for AI-enhanced products and services is preferred
• Familiarity with data visualisation libraries (D3.js, ECharts) is preferred
• Understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and geospatial visualisation is preferred
• Conversational level Japanese; business level English
