リサーチ＆アナリティクスマネージャー/ Research & Analytics Manager

A global business services company is looking for a Research & Analytics Manager. The selected candidate will lead a team of researchers and financial analysts while also delivering high-quality research and analytics support as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Researchers and Financial Analysts to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables
• Oversee and review the production of third-party industry and market research
• Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues
• Develop methodologies, best practices, and SOPs for research and analytics initiatives
• Build and manage dashboards to track performance metrics and report efficiencies
• Manage team resourcing needs, including recruitment and role allocation
• Coordinate with management on priorities and collaborate with global teams
• Prepare manuals and ensure consistent implementation of procedures
• Serve as a bridge between business needs and technology-enabled solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
• More than 8 years of experience supporting Research or Analytics teams for investment banking or equity research
• Proven experience with client relationship management and problem-solving in complex environments
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in databases such as Capital IQ, Thomson One, Eikon, Factiva, Merger Market, Perfect Information, Datastream, Euromonitor, BoardEx, and Moody's Economics
• Native level Japanese; proficient in English
