Cloud Pre-sales Head
A global IT company is looking for a Cloud Pre-sales Head. The selected candidate will drive customer cloud engagements, collaborate with AWS stakeholders, and lead internal teams to develop AWS solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted cloud consultant, leading customer engagements and driving business discussions
- Understand customer challenges, propose AWS solutions, and drive commercial conversations
- Build and maintain relationships with AWS country stakeholders, including business leaders and account managers
- Develop business opportunities through joint GTM solutions, marketing activities, and capability building
- Serve as the bridge between Japan & Korea country teams and centralised AWS-focused teams
- Oversee AWS-related commercial decisions, including funding, investments, pricing, and deal estimation
Requirements:
- 12-15 years of experience with enterprise customer in Japan (manufacturing, hi tech, semicon, and automobile industry is preferred)
- More than 5 years of experience within AWS or with AWS in the capacity of a partner development manager
- Knowledge with AWS business model (EDP, SPP, EBC, SCA, MDF, etc. in the Japan market)
- Understanding of infrastructure, applications engineering, or data
- Possess valid AWS certified Solutions Architect qualification
- Fluent level Japanese; business level English (fluent level Korean is a plus)
