ビジネスインテリジェンスマネージャー/ Business Intelligence Manager

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Business Insight & Intelligence Manager. The selected candidate will lead the development of business intelligence strategies, tools, and education to drive data-informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Define business needs and identify key challenges with internal stakeholders
• Translate business problems into BI use cases and KPIs
• Build and manage data models, perform analysis, and deliver insights
• Design dashboards using Power BI and ensure data quality and compliance
• Support the PDCA cycle and establish best practices in BI development
• Promote data literacy through training sessions and workshops

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in BI development or management roles
• Experience in end-to-end BI dashboard project execution (planning, design, development, and operation)
• Prior experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and RDBMS (SQL Server, Azure SQL MI, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Excellent project management skills to implement PDCA cycle
• Possess valid BI-related certifications is preferred
• Business level Japanese and English
