シニアテクニカルサポートマネージャー/ Senior Technical Support Manager

A renowned semiconductor company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Manager. The selected candidate will oversee calibration services, inventory, and logistics operations while leading a team in a matrixed global environment. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee calibration lab operations including inspection, testing, and certifications
• Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 17025-1
• Lead, train, and guide calibration technicians
• Maintain calibration tools, procedures, and documentation
• Optimise inventory, warehouse layout, and material flow
• Manage domestic and international logistics and shipping

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, supply chain, operations management or a relevant domain
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role managing service labs, warehouse operations, and logistics
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and WMS
• Prior experience in a regulated setting (aerospace, medical device, semiconductor) is a plus
• Proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory or metrology equipment is desired
• Knowledge with laser systems, optical components, and precision measurement instruments is advantageous
• Understanding of calibration standards, metrology equipment, and service processes
• Possess valid Lean/Six Sigma certification is preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
