フィールドサービスエンジニア/ Field Service Engineer

A global industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for a Field Service Engineer. The selected candidate will provide on-site and factory support, ensuring the maintenance and optimisation of pump and compressor products.

Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain pumps to meet required standards
• Diagnose technical issues and determine effective solutions
• Produce detailed and timely service reports
• Perform manufacturing operations as needed
• Conduct QA/QC duties as required
• Travel to customer sites for installation and commissioning activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• More than 5 years of work experience
• Practical experience in rotating equipment or mechanical roles
• Experience in field service and international travel
• Skilled in centrifugal pump and compressor operations, including controls and instrumentation
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Basic level written and verbal English
