An international consumer electronics company is seeking an Account Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, develop distributor relationships, and expand market presence across the Japanese white goods remote control market.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue and grow market share in assigned accounts
  • Develop strategic sales and marketing plans with a focus on pipeline, revenue, and profitability
  • Manage relationships with existing distributors and acquire new partners
  • Create new business opportunities, including OEM/ODM development in Japan
  • Lead contract response activities, including RFQs and proposals
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular status updates
  • Propose new remote-control concepts and build close relationships with engineering and procurement teams
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
  • Forecast revenue based on customer data and experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • More than 5 years in a similar role
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing company
  • Strong commercial skills and technical background
  • Proficient in the Japanese White goods OEM/ODM market
  • Ability to create strategic business plans from market data
  • Skilled in new technology solutions related to the business
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing
  • Proficient in English
