セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager

A multinational food equipment solutions company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead client acquisition and retention while overseeing a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Lead and manage a team of eleven subordinates
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Recommend suitable kitchen equipment solutions based on customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams for smooth service and delivery
• Track sales activities and pipeline using CRM software
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product developments
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client site visits as needed

Requirements:

• Prior people management experience
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets
• Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Possess a valid driver’s licence
• Ability and willingness to travel
