オペレーションアナリスト／アソシエイト/ Operations Analyst/ Associate

A global automotive electronics company is seeking a Quality Engineer/Supervisor. The selected candidate will manage quality assurance processes, resolve issues using quality methodologies, and liaise with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse customer-returned parts and lead investigations as the customer liaison
• Solve problems using methodologies such as 8D, A3, FTA, and Fishbone, collaborating with plant quality Engineers
• Plan and oversee sorting, inspection, or reflash actions, including creating work instructions and cost control
• Prepare quality-related reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate customer audits and manage PPAP/ISIR submissions
• Lead team training, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus
• More than 5 years of experience as an office quality engineer or process quality engineer in the automotive supplier domain
• Experience in tier1 auto parts supplier
• Understanding of automotive electronics components is preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level Japanese; proficient in English
