シックスシグマプロジェクトマネージャー/ Six Sigma Project Manager

A global electronics manufacturer is looking for a Six Sigma Project Manager. The selected candidate will lead cross-functional product development projects from planning to launch. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development and drive launch readiness
• Monitor project progress, address risks, and report to executives
• Collaborate with product management on business planning
• Provide training and coaching on project management tools and KPIs
• Support other project managers to ensure smooth project execution
• Promote continuous improvement across project workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred
• Experience in Agile project management
• Prior experience in product development
• Proven experience in electric product or electric component product project manager is ideal
• Background in mobile industry or automotive industry is a plus
• Understanding of Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean is advantageous
• Possess valid PMP certification is desired
• Business level Japanese
