生産プログラムマネージャー/ Production Program Manager

An international robotics and automation company is looking for a Production Program Manager. The selected candidate will lead the development and optimisation of mass production systems, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery across global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimise mass production systems for robotics solutions
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with domestic and international technical teams
• Promote DFM/DFA by working with engineers to prepare for mass production from the design phase
• Develop and coordinate prototyping and start-up plans with internal teams, OEMs, and external vendors
• Manage BOM releases and engineering changes in alignment with supply chains
• Coordinate certification processes and regulatory compliance, including CE, UL, and RoHS
• Act as a technical bridge between R&D and SCM/OEM, sharing feedback and driving improvement cycles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, electrical, or control engineering
• More than 5 years in manufacturing mechatronics products such as robots or FA equipment
• Practical experience in designing and setting up production lines and equipment
• Prior team management experience
• Experience using digital tools such as MES, ERP, or PLM is ideal
• Previous experience in manufacturing management in global or start-up environments is a plus
• Experience working with overseas or multicultural teams is desired
• Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
• Proficient in Japanese and English
